FAQ
Common questions about buying, transfers, registration and warranty. If yours isn't here, send us a message.
How do I buy one?
QuietFlow silencers are sold through this website at full MSRP. During the online purchase you select the FFL/SOT dealer you want us to transfer and ship your silencer to. That dealer handles the final NFA transfer to you. GForce Arms does not conduct face-to-face consumer silencer sales.
Is there still a $200 tax stamp?
Not for suppressors. The federal $200 tax on suppressors ended on January 1, 2026, so the tax is now $0. ATF approval is still required, so your dealer still submits the Form 4 and you take possession once it is approved. The $200 tax still applies to other NFA items such as machine guns and destructive devices.
Can I register a silencer to a trust?
Yes. Your dealer handles the final NFA transfer whether the silencer is registered to an individual or to an eligible legal entity such as a trust. ATF identifies Form 4 (5320.4) as the application for a tax-paid transfer, including transfers to trusts.
How long does ATF approval take?
It varies with ATF workload, and your dealer will have the most current picture. ATF accepts NFA applications electronically through its eForms system.
I'm a dealer. How do I order?
Dealer and distributor sales require current FFL and SOT information. Transfers between qualified FFL/SOT holders use ATF Form 3 (5320.3), and both FFLs on the form must have an active FFL and SOT. We generally see Form 3 approvals within 1 to 3 business days, after which we ship to the receiving dealer. That timeframe is our experience and is not a guaranteed ATF processing time.
What does the warranty cover, and who gets it?
Every QuietFlow suppressor carries a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. It covers factory defects, including defects in surface finishes, materials and other factory-related errors.
What if my suppressor needs to be replaced?
If we approve your warranty claim and decide the suppressor needs to be replaced, we provide the replacement and cover the background check costs that come with it.
How do I send a suppressor back for warranty?
Contact us through the form first. We'll review your claim and issue a Return Authorization (RA) before anything ships. Pack the suppressor in a plain, discreet box that doesn't show what's inside, with enough bubble wrap or similar cushioning to keep it from moving around. We provide the shipping label for qualified returns.
Does the warranty cover damage from a non-QuietFlow mount?
No. If damage is caused by an incorrect mounting hub system from another supplier or manufacturer, it is not covered under warranty. Use the mount and adapters intended for your suppressor.
Which suppressor fits my firearm?
Check the specification table on each product page for caliber rating, thread and mount, and firing limits before you mount a suppressor on a new host. Caliber ratings: AIRCHOPA 30Ti, .223 Rem / 5.56 NATO through 300 PRC. ENGINE NO. 9, .17 HMR through .338 Win Mag. THROTTLE 22Ti, .22LR through 5.7x28 FN. 22-WHISTLER, .22LR, .22 WMR, .17 HMR and 5.7x28 FN.
Which models are full-auto rated?
The ENGINE NO. 9 is full-auto rated. The THROTTLE 22Ti and 22-WHISTLER are full-auto rated for rimfire only. The AIRCHOPA 30Ti is limited to firing schedules of fewer than 15 rounds per minute, particularly with magnum cartridges, so check its product page before use.
