Every QuietFlow suppressor carries a limited lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. If something we built fails, we'll make it right.
What's covered
Factory defects, including defects in surface finishes, materials and other factory-related errors. This applies across the entire QuietFlow suppressor line.
Who's covered
The original purchaser. To make a claim move faster, register your suppressor on the Register a Suppressor page so we have your serial number and contact details on file.
If we replace it
If we approve your claim and decide the suppressor needs to be replaced, we provide the replacement and cover the background check costs that come with it.
What isn't
Damage caused by an incorrect mounting hub system from another supplier or manufacturer. Use only the hubs, adapters and mounts intended for your suppressor.
How to send it back
Please do not throw the suppressor away. We need to inspect the physical item, so we can't replace one that was discarded.

Send your model, serial number and a short description through the contact form. We'll review your claim.
Get your RA
Every warranty return is issued a Return Authorization (RA) before anything ships. Never send a suppressor without one.
Pack it discreetly
Use a plain box with nothing on the outside that says what's inside. Add enough protective cushioning, like bubble wrap, that the suppressor can't move around in transit.
Use our label
For qualified returns we provide the shipping label. Once we inspect the suppressor, we make it right.
