How buying works

Every silencer ships to a licensed dealer

GForce Arms does not conduct face-to-face consumer silencer sales. You choose a licensed FFL/SOT dealer, and they handle the final NFA transfer to you.

STEP 01

Buy online

QuietFlow silencers are sold through this website at full MSRP.

STEP 02

Choose your dealer

During the online purchase, you select the FFL/SOT dealer you want GForce Arms to transfer and ship your silencer to.

STEP 03

We ship to the dealer

GForce Arms transfers and ships the silencer to the dealer you selected, not to your door.

STEP 04

Your dealer completes the transfer

Your dealer handles the final NFA transfer to you, whether the silencer is registered to an individual or to an eligible legal entity such as a trust.

Tax-paid transfersAs of January 1, 2026, the federal $200 tax no longer applies to suppressors, so the tax is $0. ATF approval and the Form 4 are still required. ATF identifies Form 4 (5320.4) as the application for a tax-paid transfer of an NFA firearm, including transfers to individuals and to legal entities such as trusts. ATF accepts several NFA forms electronically through its eForms system. ATF eForms information

Dealers & distributors

Sales and transfers to dealers and distributors require current Federal Firearms License (FFL) and Special Occupational Tax (SOT) information. Transfers of NFA firearms between qualified FFL/SOT holders are processed using ATF Form 3 (5320.3). Under ATF's eForm 3 guidance, both FFLs listed on an eForm 3 must have an active FFL and SOT for the transfer to be completed.

GForce Arms generally sees Form 3 approvals within 1 to 3 business days, after which the approved silencer can be shipped to the receiving dealer. This timeframe reflects GForce Arms' experience and is not a guaranteed ATF processing time.
