Who we are

QuietFlow is a brand of GForce Arms, a licensed manufacturer and distributor based in Reno, Nevada. In this policy, "QuietFlow," "GForce Arms," "we," "us" and "our" mean GForce Arms and the QuietFlow brand. You can reach us at [CONTACT EMAIL] or [MAILING ADDRESS].

Online ordering is not open on this site yet, so we do not currently collect payment information. When ordering opens, we will update this policy to cover order, payment and dealer selection information. Silencer sales and transfers follow the ATF process through licensed FFL/SOT dealers.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and support our products.

  • Information you give us. When you use a contact, dealer, media, product registration, warranty or service form, we collect what you enter. This can include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, the product and serial number you are asking about, and your message.
  • Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to our email list, we collect your email address and any name you provide.
  • Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site collects basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view and the pages that sent you here. We use cookies and similar tools to do this (see Cookies and analytics below).

We do not ask for ATF forms, fingerprints, background check results or government ID numbers through this website. Please do not send them to us through a contact form.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Answer your questions and requests, including warranty, service and repair requests.
  • Register your product and keep a record of your warranty.
  • Send you our newsletter and product news, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Help you find an authorized dealer.
  • Run, secure and improve the website.
  • Follow the law and respond to legal requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the people who help us run the site and serve you:

  • Access, correct or delete. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We may keep some records where the law or an open warranty claim requires it.
