These Terms of Use govern your use of this website, which is operated by GForce Arms under the QuietFlow brand ("QuietFlow," "we," "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who may use this site

This site is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use it. Some products shown here can only be bought or owned by people who are older, or who live in states where the law allows it.

Acceptable use

When you use this site, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or help anyone else break one.
  • Send false, misleading or harmful information through our forms.
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems or other users' data.
  • Copy, scrape or collect content from the site by automated means without our written permission.
  • Interfere with how the site works, including by introducing malware.

Product information is not an offer

This site shows QuietFlow products and information about them. Online ordering is not available on this site yet, and nothing on it is an offer to sell until ordering opens. Descriptions, specifications, weights, dimensions, finishes, photos and any prices shown are for general information and may change without notice. Photos may not show the exact product.

Silencers are regulated

Silencers are regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and by state and local law. Every serialized silencer must be transferred and registered through the applicable ATF process, and only through a licensed dealer. It is your responsibility to know and follow all federal, state and local laws that apply to you before you try to buy, own or use any QuietFlow product. Silencers are illegal to own in some states and places.

GForce Arms does not conduct face-to-face consumer silencer sales. Every silencer is transferred and shipped to a licensed FFL/SOT dealer, which handles the final NFA transfer to the purchaser. See How Buying Works on the Find a Dealer page. Transfers between dealers and distributors use ATF Form 3.

Lawful and safe use

QuietFlow products are for lawful use only. Read the user manual that comes with your product, and follow firearm safety rules. Each product has caliber, firing schedule and mounting limits. Using a product outside its rating can damage it and cause injury.

Intellectual property

The QuietFlow and GForce Arms names, logos, product names, photos, videos, text, graphics and the design of this site belong to GForce Arms or its licensors and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content or marks for any other purpose without our written permission. If you are a dealer or member of the media and want to use our assets, contact us first.

What you send us

If you send us a message, review, photo or other content through a form or social media, you confirm it is yours to share and does not break anyone's rights or the law. You give us permission to use it to respond to you, and, for content you send for that purpose, to display it with credit. We are not responsible for content that others post on third-party platforms.

This site may link to other websites, such as dealer sites and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Warranty

QuietFlow products are covered by the warranty described on our Warranty page. Nothing in these terms changes that warranty.

Disclaimer

This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not make any promises that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Product information on this site is general and does not replace the user manual or the warranty terms. This disclaimer does not affect any warranty that applies to a product you buy, and does not limit rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GForce Arms and its owners, employees and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless GForce Arms from claims, losses and costs that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
